What is actually different about planning from abroad?
Time zones compress your week. A vendor decision that takes an hour in Mumbai takes three days across an eight-and-a-half-hour gap. The fix is scheduled weekly reviews rather than ad-hoc messaging.
You cannot verify anything yourself. Photographs of venues are marketing. Ask your planner for walkthrough video, shot by them, unedited.
Your guest list has two halves. Family in India who can attend anything, and friends abroad who need twelve months’ notice and a travel plan.
